You pay a premium for their products, which of course is a choice, but buyer beware here! I ordered several products in November, which they charged me for in full at the time of placing the order. ![]() They flat out refused both options and did not even try to work with me on finding a solution. I asked if they could either send a courier service to pick it up or send me an appropriately sized box with a shipping label to send it back. In this current climate with COVID, I explained to both the customer service rep and his supervisor that I really did not feel comfortable running all over town to find an odd size box to fit the artwork and then go to the post office to and ship it back (essentially, I would need to do the heavy lifting in cleaning up a mess that they made). The other option was to keep the product and receive a $60 refund on a $300 order. They said that I could go out and buy a box, ship it back to them and they would consider shipping me the new one. Given that this was their mistake for only shipping me 1/2 the order, you would think that they would be helpful in trying to solve the issue. ![]() I called customer service to sort this out. I bought artwork from them, which was supposed to come as a SET OF 2. They may have lovely things, but I can find the same items on other websites and that's what I will be doing from now on. I was charged to return the items and then a 25% restocking charge. Also in a seperate order, I added things to my cart in an abundance (needed 1 item but somehow ordered 4) and of course Customer Service could not help. Total nonsense and certainly feels like extortion. I had two options, pay the full price or receive the order and return it at my expense. Of course, I said to cancel the order and I would reorder at the new price. When I called the company and asked for them to update the prices, they said my order was not eligible for the sale prices. By this time, all of the items were at a reduced price however, the original prices were still showing on my pending order. I placed an order and 3 months later, the order was still pending. They are not a customer friendly company. ![]()
